Solgar Selenium 100µg 100 Tablets is a food supplement in the form of tablets based on selenium (L-selenomethionine without yeast bound organically).

This food supplement does not contain sugar, salt, starch, gluten, wheat, dairy derivatives, yeast, preservatives, flavors or artificial colors.

Suitable for vegetarians.

Directions for use

As a dietary supplement for adults, 1 tablet a day to swallow, preferably with a meal, or on the recommendation of a therapist.
