Description

Santarome Phyto Melatonin Sleep 20 Phials is a dietary supplement designed to promote faster falling asleep and quality sleep. Its original formula is composed of:

California poppy, which contributes to optimal relaxation and helps improve the quality of sleep,
valerian,
passionflower,
lime tree.

This formula is completed with a trio of hawthorn, fig and lime blossom buds, selected for enhanced effectiveness.

This dietary supplement provides 1.85 mg of melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and reduce the effects of jet lag.

Directions for use

Shake the ampoule before use.
Break off one tip of the ampoule using a paper towel.
Pour the contents of the ampoule into a glass, breaking the second tip.
Add 20 cl of water before setting.

Take 1 phial per day diluted in a large glass of water (20 cl) to be taken before meals for 20 days.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not use for prolonged periods.
Do not drive a vehicle or use a machine within 4 or 5 hours of taking melatonin.

Not recommended for children under 12, adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women.

If taking medication (antidepressants, antiepileptics, sleeping pills, other sedatives, etc.), do not consume without medical advice.

Cannot replace a varied and balanced diet. Take as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Keep out of reach of young children.
Store away from light, at a temperature below 25°C.
The presence of a slight deposit due to the use of organic plants does not affect the quality of the product.
