Vitamin D3 comes from the lichen, Cladonia rangiferina, cultivated organically. It is 100% vegetable, cultivated without GMOs or pesticides and is suitable for the vegan lifestyle.

Vitamin D is essential for the proper functioning of the immune system. It contributes to the absorption and normal use of calcium and phosphorus as well as to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) offers better assimilation than vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol).
