lemon balm which acts effectively on insomnia. It promotes relaxation, falling asleep and helps maintain a restful sleep, without nocturnal awakening;
valerian and passionflower, which calm the excitement and tensions of everyday life, thus promoting sleep and serene rest;
saffron and California yellow poppy which promotes mental and physical well-being for a balanced sleep/wake cycle. It thus improves the quality of natural sleep.

Directions for use

Shake the bottle before use.
4 sprays under the tongue, in the evening, ½ hour before going to sleep.
