Biofloral Grands Elixirs Sleep Relaxation Organic 375ml is an elixir made from delicately selected flowers, acting in synergy:

Lavender helps reduce irritability and ease tensions,
hawthorn and lavender help to find a healthy and restful sleep,
passion flower, lavender and California Poppy help induce relaxation,
sage contributes to the well-being of the woman during the menstrual cycle.

Directions for use

Pure: Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) outside meals, preferably twice a day.
Diluted: 2 tablespoons in 1 liter of water to drink throughout the day.

To be used in attack treatment per 28-day cycle, several times a year.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Not suitable for pregnant women.

Do not use in case of liver problems.Inform your doctor or pharmacist if medications are taken simultaneously.
