Directions for use

Adults and children from 6 years: 1 tablet to be swallowed during breakfast with a large glass of water.
From the age of 15, the daily dose can be increased to 2 tablets per day (1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening), in case of fatigue, nervousness or more intense stress.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Not recommended for people sensitive to iodine.
